Clinical Focus

Dr. Vasileff's clinical focus is shoulder reconstruction and sports medicine. His fellowship at Steadman Hawkins provided intensive subspecialty training in complex shoulder pathology — including rotator cuff repair, shoulder replacement, shoulder instability, and SLAP repairs — as well as ACL reconstruction, meniscus surgery, and sports-related knee conditions.

He has provided orthopedic sports coverage for teams ranging from Division I collegiate football at Clemson University to North Carolina high school athletics, giving him firsthand experience with the demands athletes place on their bodies and what it takes to safely return them to competition.
